Windows binary download corrupted

Windows binary download corrupted

I have just tried downloading ImageMagick-6.5.6-10-Q16-windows-dll
Very very slow download and I can not install it as I am told its a corrupt file.

We just downloaded it and it downloaded within about 20 seconds and installed and ran without complaint.

I have just tried downloading at work and when I try to install I get the same error:
The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program.
