Looking for ImageMagick, C and PHP expert

We have an application that is done in C and PHP front end that utilizes ImageMagick. The design of this application needs to be recovered and then re-engineered and further developed. I am looking for someone who can help us with this. It will be a plus if you have experience working with the xray image analysis and manupulations. I look forward to finding someone yesterday :)
