Missing SONAME bump in ImageMagick libs

Missing SONAME bump in ImageMagick libs

Hi!

We have received a bug report (http://bugs.debian.org/564123) about missing symbols in ImageMagick libraries.
It seems that a SONAME bump is necessary (to version 3.0.0).

Version ImageMagick 6.5.9-0 will have a version bump. Look for a release within a week. Thanks.
