recognize sections in music pdfs

I need help to extend ImageMagick in the following direction.

I have many pdfs of sheet music. To reformat for ebooks I want to split each pdf into its constituent horizontal parts, so each system of music is straightened, cropped and saved as its own file. I am looking for a developer to help me and am prepared to pay for a successful solution.

post a link to an example of your pdf and explain what you need.

also see my recently developed script, multicrop, at the link below. perhaps that will do what you need, but I have not tried it with PDF files, yet.
