This bug was in ImageMagick 6.6.1-6, however, there should be a patch in ImageMagick 6.6.1-7.

Why it have not been included in ImageMagick 6.6.1-7?

Two solutions, change 'kernel' to 'kernel_info' in Magick.xs or grab ImageMagick-6.6.1-8 that includes the patch.
