Better image

How can I get an enhanced image before crop?. I mean, first of all I used convert -crop but the image doesn't have a good quality.Can I change this?

Cropping makes your image look bad, or it looked bad to begin with? How to make an image look "good" is probably to vague for anyone to effectively help you.
