PNG of black background image goes transparent!

New (well recently found) PNG Bug, From todays SVG source download.

A Black background image, with only a few colors, when saved as PNG becomes transparent, even though no color in the image is transparent!

The result is transparent.

Replacing png:- with png32:- comes out correct.
