Read RAW Image

Hi everyone

I need to convert 8 Bit UYVY 4:2:2 images to jpeg in my code. I can do this easily using

convert -size 1920x1080 -depth 8 UYVY:frame1.raw frame1.jpg

This works well. However, if I write in the code

Image image;
image.size("1920x1080");
image.depth(8);
image.magick("UYVY");
image.read("frame1.raw");
image.write("frame1.jpeg");

I get an exception saying

Code: Select all

Magick: no decode delegate for this image format `frame1.raw' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/532

Can anyone help me with this?

Set the image filename as uyvy:frame1.raw.
