is it new Imagick($image); supported by 5.5.6 version, seems

IMagick is a native PHP extension to create and modify images using the ImageMagick API. ImageMagick Studio LLC did not write nor does it maintain the IMagick extension, however, IMagick users are welcome to discuss the extension here.

As said I have Imagemagick to my live server, to install for local host:
###### ApacheFriends XAMPP (Basispaket) version 1.7.4 ######
can you give a url with the STEPS for my ver? if in the future, upgrade xampp, Imagemagick needs reinstall?
