ImageMagick-6.8.2-1-Q16-x64-dll.exe fails at first hurdle

I know there is almost no point in my mentioning this, because no one is in the least interested in windows, but I today installed ImageMagick-6.8.2-1-Q16-x64-dll.exe on windows 7 64-bit, and at the end it told me to run a command prompt and enter
>convert wizard: wizard.jpg
>convert wizard.jpg win:
The latter simply caused windows' usual response when it doesn't know how to run a program, namely CHOOSE THE PROGRAM YOU WANT TO USE TO OPEN THIS FILE: magick-5752f_yNnLqMkRjw

(Actually convert.exe is working fine but, please, don't urge me to do things that won't work)

Actually that's not true, I use both
