BUG? Convert from PICT (Mac) not working

I have a picture in PICT format. It has not been created on Mac or in any graphics program but in one older math program. I can insert this picture in LibreOffice Write and open it with LibreOffice Draw. But, convert does not recognise it.

ImageMagick cannot read that particular PICT format. We'll add this to our bug list but we do not have an ETA on a patch.
