Stochastic (FM) Screening

Does ImageMagick's API have any support for Stochastic (FM) screening (a type of half tone)? For example converting a CMYK image to four 1 bit diffusion dithered images (one for each channel).

I don't know much about dithering, but see http://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/quanti ... one_offset and all the rest of the page as it is mostly devoted to dithering.
