ImageMagick 7 Windows builds?

Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".

ImageMagick is a delegate library for VIPS, so I thought I'd see it show up somehow, but I don't. And these instructions may be tightly dependent on the VIPS library being set up for just that.
So, I don't know.
P.S. From what I remember of it, the previous version of this blog post was more useful w.r.t. ImageMagick cross-compilation for Windows.
