GhostScript 9.18 is out and confirmed to work with this file with ImageMagick 6.9.2-4 on Windows.

Please post your image so that the IM developers or others can test with it. You can post it to some place such as dropbox.com and put the URL here? It is possible that GS 9.18 is buggy.
