To get a solution to your problem, you will need to post to the libTIFF developer forums. ImageMagick makes calls to the libTIFF API to assemble the image pixels. The API throws an exception and does not return any pixels or returns them as black. Its possible it worked in the past with an older version of libTIFF. However, it fails to read your image with recent versions of libTIFF. Your image fails for other applications in the same manner, such as recent versions of Gimp.

I have not heard back on anything about this problem. One above message stated a previous version displayed a warning but created a document. We would love to have it do that. we are still having major difficulties converting images. Can someone help on this issue. I
