If you have more than one version of Imagemagick installed, then perhaps you should remove both and re-install Imagemagick 7 from scratch. Or just use the older Imagemagick 6 at its most current version.

http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/libpng.html. It says for libpng, you also need zlib and xz.
