Bad exif codes

There are errors in the Exif table (property.c)

      {  0xa302, "exif:CFAPattern" },

      {  0xa216, "exif:TIFF/EPStandardID" },
      {  0x828e, "exif:CFAPattern" },

should be

      {  0xa216, "exif:TIFF-EPStandardID" },
      {  0x828e, "exif:CFAPattern2" },

We have a patch in ImageMagick 6.3.8-0 Beta to fix the problems you posted. 6.3.8-0 will be available sometime tomorrow.
