ImageMagick and .eps files

Does anyone know if ImageMagic 6.3.9 will support conversion of .eps files created using Illustrator CS3? If not, what is the highest version supported?

On a side note, given that ImageMagick requires GhostScript to read .eps files, does the latest version of GhostScript, 8.6.2 support Illustrator CS3 .eps files?
