Black from CMYK EPS removed when converting to gif or png

PNG and GIF do not support the CMYK colorspace. To properly convert your images to RGB you need two color profiles. A SWOP profile for the CMYK colorspace and a sRGB colorspace for the CMYK => RGB color conversion.
