No support for Jpeg compressed tiffs anymore

Hi,
in version 6.3.1-Q16 I am able to convert jpeg compressed tiff file to jpg file, but after upgrading it to the recent version I can't do it anymore. It gives me this error:
Error: convert: 0xC0000005: access violation
Source: ImageMagickObject.MagickImage.1
Method: Convert
Stack Trace: at ImageMagickObject.MagickImageClass.Convert(Object[]& pArrayVar)
here's is a link to the file:
http://toolkit.brandwizard.net/bwt/Bad_700K_RGB_JPG.tif
Is it possible to restore this functionality in new versions? And if not, could you suggest me what should I do (currently I'm using ImageMagick dll in my windows application)?
Thank you very much.
