Convert PNG to BMP

How can i write a BMP output with a PNG as source and the output have to be a BMP 24.
Perhaps someone can help me.
Infos obtained with identify (over output file):
And i need that the output is :
Type: Grayscale --> and not Grayscale matte
alpha: 1-bit --> this have to be removed
The alpha infos should be removed too
