php_imagick.dll ...

IMagick is a native PHP extension to create and modify images using the ImageMagick API. ImageMagick Studio LLC did not write nor does it maintain the IMagick extension, however, IMagick users are welcome to discuss the extension here.

Hello,

it looks like for some reason Imagick is not loaded by your webserver. Double check that you're editing correct php.ini. You can also try setting display_startup_errors on and check what goes wrong.
