Hi ImageMagick,

We had build an ImageMagick-6.3.8-11 RPM for i386 and x86_64 for our internal usage, although we are not selling the rpm packages we had made, we just want to make sure we are abiding in your rights.

We had name the rpm packages as -
imagemagick-'name_of_our_company'-6.3.8-11.x86_64.rpm
imagemagick-'name_of_our_company'-6.3.8-11.i386.rpm

Any necessary steps we should do?

The text of the license lets just review what the license says in simple terms:

It allows you to:

* use ImageMagick software in packages or distributions that you create.

It forbids you to:

* redistribute any piece of ImageMagick-originated software without proper attribution;
* use any marks owned by ImageMagick Studio LLC in any way that might state or imply that ImageMagick Studio LLC endorses your distribution;
* use any marks owned by ImageMagick Studio LLC in any way that might state or imply that you created the ImageMagick software in question.

It requires you to:

* include a copy of the license in any redistribution you may make that includes ImageMagick software;
* provide clear attribution to ImageMagick Studio LLC for any distributions that include ImageMagick software.

We had already included the ImageMagick license text in it, and we made it clear in the package that it came from ImageMagick.
