So, if I write some software I would like to sell, I do not have to give out source to my application if asked, correct? I can have whatever license i want on the code that I write?

Or does the code I write fall under the ImageMagick license?
No.
This just means include a copy of the license for ImageMagick and state that the license pertains only to the ImageMagick portion of the code?
