Hi all!
I need compare images by contrast, i.e. I have two similar images, but let's say provided by different programs. The have same picture, but different quality. As a result I prefer to have a number, that show how much different these pictures and other factor, that show me - these pictures are almost same by content.
How to define and extract this?
Any help will be appreciated
