Changes to documentation pages

The ImageMagick documentation pages are undergoing a facelift for cosmetic
and other reasons. Recent changes have been made to (1) begin to bring more
readability and consistency to the documentation itself, (2) enhance
maintainability of the code that generates the pages, and (3) to bring pages
into strict W3C compliance (both HTML and CSS). None of these goals are fully
achieved but progress has been made and will continue.
These changes should appear in a day or so (probably Feb 23 '09) on the website here
http://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php
and in the distributions after 6.4.9-7.
