ImageMagick Studio library and utility programs

Hi,

I am trying to use "identify -verbose" a PDF file but I got a pop up of ImageMagick telling that ImageMagick Studio Library and utility programs has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I checked the image but I haven't found anything that might be the cause of this.

Is there anything wrong with the version of my ImageMagick. What should I do to fix this up.

I am currently using ImageMagick 6.4.6 Q16 and ghostscript 8.64.

Anybody could help me please.

Does this fail?

• convert logo: logo.pdf
  identify -verbose logo.pdf

If not the problem is specific to your image. Post a URL here so we can download and reproduce the problem.

We tried your image under Linux and Windows and it processed without complaint. We're using ImageMagick 6.4.9-7 and Ghostscript 8.64.

Hi,

I already tried upgrading my ImageMagick version from 6.4.6 Q16 to 6.4.9-7 Q16 and using Ghostscript 8.64 but then I got the same error.
