Hi Guys
i'm just getting the following entry at my logfiles

[Convert execute return = 143] Converting type .PSD took 60140 msec to convert from "/tmp/tmp_convert_out54900.psd" to
"/tmp/tmp_convert_in54901.jpg".


reason why i'm asking is that my system at IM 6.4.2 is converting that photoshop-file w/o any problem but a customers sytem with IM 6.3.7 isn't.

any hints ..ideas -- exept upgrading to 6.4.2?

AT one point IM returned an undefined status, but it does not seem to do so now.
I have no idea when this changed, but your clients IM version may be too old.
