Windows Version 6.5.5 bugged?

Hi there,

i try top run ImageMagick 6.5.5-0 and 6.5.5-1 Q16 with windows but everytime i got the following Message

conver.exe - Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application

????

6.5.4-10 was running perfect!
