Hello
How can i convert a 1-bit BMP to a 24-bit JPEG ?
(IM v 6.5.7 - 8bit)

not sure what you gain by that as it still will be only white and black, but try

convert image.bmp -depth 8 -type truecolor image.jpg

it works fine without -depth 8 too.
