information about PSD support files under ImageMagick

Hello,
I am trying to use ImageMagick for converting PSD file to other formats. I wonder what is the version of the PSD that ImageMagick support, I did not succeeded to find a newer PSD format specification than version 3, thus I don't know what is the current version used by adobe. I also searched the ImageMagick site for finding limitations or comments about supporting PSD, but I did not find any limitations.
Could anyone told me what is the last version of PSD formats that ImageMagick support and if there is any limitations about using PSD files as inputs? If anyone could provide PSD format specification for the current version it will be appreciated.
I interest basically on converting PSD files to other formats, which version of ImageMagick you think is the best to chose, I tried version 6.0.2 (did not work) and also tried version 6.5.9 that worked at some PSD samples, but I am not sure if it stable enough.
