problem after installation, use in ASP page

hello, we moved our website to another server. On the old server the ImageMagick was working ok, but on the new server not?

after installation i get this error:
The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.

i get this error on this line:
Set Img = Server.CreateObject("ImageMagickObject.MagickImage.1")

i did set permissions on the dll for the IUSR_xx user and the IWAM_xx user but this does not help?

can somebody help me please?

it can't be that i'm the only person in the world using imagemagick on IIS6 from within classic asp pages?
