Windows Binary with HDRI Enabled?

Is there a windows installer available with HDRI enabled somewhere to download?
Also, is there a way to enable HDRI post installation via command line or configure.xml?
I'm working on Vista and Vista 64 bit at the moment.

We do not provide a HDRI Windows binary distribution, however, you can build an HDRI version from source. Run the configure program and edit magick-config.h. Define MAGICKCORE_HDRI_SUPPORT in magick-config.h and then build.
