I've just downloaded the latest Windows binary (Q8) installation. The webpage says it is 6.5.9-9 (and the SVN code is currently -9 in version.h) but after installation the version string produced by executing GetMagickVersion() is 6.5.9-8.

We will some of the Window distributions updated by tomorrow morning and the rest by the end of day.
