ImageMagick 6.6.0 and 6.6.1 on Wondows2008R2 64 bit

Hello all,
i have troubles using convert.exe on windows2008R2 64bit converting pdf's and tif to jpeg:
"convert.exe test.pdf test1.jpg" causes : "Wrong JPEG library version: library is 62, caller expects 70" and a 0 kb file named "test1.jpg" is created. Converting to gif works.
This happens with 6.6.0 and 6.6.1, 6.5.x versions work fine.
am I doing something wrong?
