Create an RPM specific to your RHEL installation.

See instructions on

I encounter the same problem.

Any solutions available in addition to this?

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.

The OS is Linux version 2.6.18-128.el5

I have ready removed the built-in ImageMagick 6.2.8 using yum erase ImageMagick
