overprint option is used problem

I have one question.
Want to answer.Please help me.
Illustration program created by the overprint option is used, the image files are in PDF format.
This PDF format file is converted to JPG using imagemagick.
I used the command is like this.
'convert -density 200 ./ex1.pdf -density 200 -quality 95 -sigmoidal-contrast 3,62% -type TrueColor ./ex1.JPG'
JPG files converted from the overprint option is used, the image is shown.
However, the printed output to CMYK images used in the does not seem to overprint options.
overprint option is used, the images did not show in the hope that JPG files.
The result will be just like the print as CMYK.
I'll try to do what?
