imagick for windows 64bit? (php_imagick.dll)

All dlls(php_imagick.dll) available on the Internet is compiled for 32bit server.
However, I'm not using Apache x64 and PHP x64 on Windows 7 64bit. Thus, the php_imagick.dll everywhere is not working.
Could anyone compile a 64bit version of dll and open to the public, or give me a guideline about how to complie php_imagick.dll for 64bit by myself?
