Wrong information in QuickStart.txt

QuickStart.txt says:
Those who want to build ImageMagick from source code should refer to the file README.txt in the ImageMagick source package
However,
README.txt contains no relevant information.

The offical guide is..

I believe this is included in the imageMagick source though I have not checked.
Perhaps the QuickStart.txt should refer to it
Another guide is in IM examples, though it is more about generating it from RPMs

Below that is a pointer to a Ubuntu linux guide for installing you own 'local' copy (outside normal package managed install.
I am still looking for a guide to creating DEB packages of IM for Debian, and Ubuntu Linux Machines.
