UIL File Format

It was not clear in the description of file formats, but is ImageMagick capable of reading a UIL file format and converting it to another file format?
I am not an expert on UIL, but from
convert -list format
UIL* UIL -w- X-Motif UIL table
This would appear to be only writable and not readable.
