libMagickCore4.x86_64: W: non-etc-or-var-file-marked-as-conffile /usr/lib64/ImageMagick-6.6.7/config/
A file not in /etc or /var is marked as being a configuration file. Please put your conf files in /etc or /var.

We have a patch for the problem you reported in ImageMagick 6.6.8-6 Beta available by sometime tomorrow. Thanks.

Not quite there yet :?
/var/ImageMagick-6.6.8 is not allowed in FHS 2.3
see http://www.pathname.com/fhs/ to find a better location

The standard directories are:
account, lib, cache, crash, games, lock, log, opt, run, spool, state, tmp, yp, www, ftp.
