Now, I need to input 2 commands line to fulfill my need:
1) -crop +100+130 +repage
2) -crop -100-130 +repage

It works, but looks like not smart.

Can it done by single command line only?

just put both commands in the same command line. but I don't understand your crop commands as they usually need WxH+X+Y and I have never seen it used with just +X+Y?

perhaps you can provide your complete command lines and a link to an example of what you need to do
