Arabic fonts rendering

I posted a question on User group, viewtopic.php?f=1&t=18863, regarding Arabic Font Rendering.
Apparently there is no ready solution, or the assumption made were wrong, particularly in the UTF-8 label file compilation.
When using convert, trying to render a label with arabic (RTL) language, the output is side reversed if compared with the UTF-8 given text.
It worth saying that arabic is a calligraphic language, so any symbol in the alphabet can have up to five characterization, depending on adjacent symbol.
This to say, when comparing the original UTF-8 and convert output they may appear completely different but actually are only lay down in wrong order.
Thanks
