Regression in 6.7.3 identify with TIFF format

running identify on this image results in an error (sys exit code 1) with 6.7.3 on Unix ( 6.7.2 and 6.7.0 were also tried) , however, running identify on this TIFF with version 6.6.1 only produces warnings.

Looks like the patch did not move from our development area to the Subversion trunk. We'll try to get a fix within the next few days. Thanks.
