Histogram Match from Windows

Hello,
New user here. What a great piece of software!
I would like to be able to match the histogram of 2 different images. I found Fred's script functions which apparently do this, but I need to do this from Windows and don't want to use Cygwin- I'm actually shelling from a VB program. It doesn't need to be absolutely precise. I tried the -contrast-stretch % function which is ok, but I was hoping to get the images more closely matched especially for background level. Thanks in advance!
