Can't get OpenCL recognized on Windows binary

Can't get OpenCL recognized on Windows binary

I'm running Win 7 64 and installed IM Win64 version 6.7.7.7 that I downloaded from the binary release section. When I enter "identify -version" at a command prompt the only feature that I get is "OpenMP". My understanding is that I should get "OpenMP OpenCL". I have an OpenCL driver that is installed and recognized by other applications. I have tried an ATI and nVidia video atapter. Is there anything else that I should be doing? - Thanks
