Least Squares Resizing

I found this ImageJ plugin and pdf article. Thought it might be interesting as comparison to IM methods. I just tested enlarging by 8x in ImageJ.

The chip image looks pretty good, but the eyechart does not. I don't have an expert eye for subtle details. So I leave to others for discussion.
