JqMagick Beta Release

Looking very good fmw42 and I tried a few of the filters out; I may have used "apply" rather than "on" as I was unsure what to do to start - might be better slightly larger text? Anyway as I say after you find it you know.

I found the "magnify" effect by accident.

I tried a few filters out and all the simple ones worked. I was unsure about "tilt shift" as I was looking for a place to set where the infocus area would be. I added the effect and it worked and if I reduced the blur the image reset but adding more blur I had to turn off and on again for the effect to take place. I presume this is the way it works; I was just expecting that moving the slider would be interactive.

I used the default setting for "Spots" and reset the page after about 6min as nothing happened - this left a missing image in the history area. Looks like an IE problem as it worked OK in Firefox. Spots on and off has no effect and I can not see how to return to the original image - perhaps have an original image "button" in the history box?

It would be useful to have an intermediate save option so that you can add multiple effects.

I will try and do some more tests later.

Website: on the Jqmagick logo I would have left more room at either end of the text before the border and the border look a bit heavy. I would not have had the border on the upload, template, download icons and Imagemagick logo. In fact I would probably not had one on the Jqmagick logo either. Just noticed this is probably a problem with the style sheet and IE as Firefox does not have these borders.

Nice modern looking layout

Hello Bonzo.

Most of your issues are due to IE. We will try to enable its use as soon as we can, provided there is a workaround.

We will look into changing "on" to "apply" and changing the name "size" on tiltshift to something like "clear size" or "unblurred size"

Thanks for the suggestions, comments and feedback.

Fred
