IM 6.8.2.2 Q16 Mac OSX Snow Leopard
When I draw a small circle, the anti-aliasing is leaving one aliased pixel on the right side of the circle. See below examples:
convert -size 14x14 xc:white -fill black -draw "translate 7,7 circle 0,0 0,5" -alpha off circle5.gif
convert -size 28x28 xc:white -fill black -draw "translate 14,14 circle 0,0 0,10" -alpha off circle10.gif

We can reproduce the problem you posted and have a patch in ImageMagick 6.8.2-4 Beta available by sometime tomorrow. Thanks.

Thanks. It appears to be fixed in IM 6.8.2.3.
