Breaking Captcha

Hello friends! I started recently in ImageMagick and would like a little help from you. I'm training some commands. Someone could tell me what commands I use to try to do this to be readable by Tesseract? I read on a forum that the reduction of color space can help to leave only the characters, but I still do not know use it. Anyway, any help is welcome! Thank you!

When robots break captcha, the captcha is made more difficult until even I (a human) can't use it.
